Check the device in safe mode: Power off the device>Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device>>When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key.

Also, share the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Galaxy MA pink line had appeared on screen after software update some time back.I had taken my phone to Croma where I had bought it. They were not aware of replacement policy that Samsung has initiated.
Now Samsung says the cut off date is over. Is it fair not to extend it to affected devices. There is no info about the policy that is easily accessible.
Would like to know if there are other impacted users who are facing similar issue

Galaxy MOther brand like Oneplus at least acknowledged the issue trying to help their customer whereas Samsung just watching the drama. It's leading us to stay away from this brand.
