I like to advise every customer of Samsung devices, that, doing software update kills your device. And, in this way, my both m21 and m20 are completely dead.

Yes, as my problem was that operating system could not start normally

And, Samsung support is ridiculous, they don't know any options, they were saying visit service centre (after seeing the above screenshot
