Ads in Samsung Galaxy M31

Hello from past few days I am seeing bunch of ads in Samsung one UI where its irritating me so much to use the phone...

Device Samsung Galaxy  M31

Does anyone is facing a same problem please let ne know and Samsung could push updates to fix that..

It has something to do with the apps you have installed.
Even if it is from playstore the apps have no restriction to show ads.
Even Google themselves has said that they can't say all the apps in the play store are secure.
Please scan your device with both play protect and from device care.

That must be due to some third party application.

I think it might be because of 3rd party apps

use your phone in safe mode for some hours and then observe

uninstall 3rd party app you have installed in last few days

To resolve this issue kindly follow the given below steps:

1. Check device cache:-Settings> Device care>Storage>Clean now.
For a particular application: Settings>Apps>Pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage>Clear Cache.

2. Reset the device: -Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.

Tap on Settings>Tap on General Management>Tap on Reset.

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.

on lock screen always see the advertisement, already tried all the options and disabled marketing information. but still see the adds. can anybody advise how to stop this.
