Accidental touch missing

I can no longer find accidental touch toggle on my galaxy m21 device. Is this problem on my device only or everyone is facing this problem? Without this my phone screen keeps waiking ftom sleep.

Same problme in my phone too.while i put my phone in my pocket with AOD on. So i switched off AOD. Now no pblm.

Ya after update they removed that I don't know why they do it
