About notification routine

M02s has got the last security update on November ultimately,  afterwards all update is finished, the way of comes on notification is completely goes downgrade. Its like Android 9 and OneUI 2 . So pls let me know how settle this issue .

I guess samsung removed brief notifications from the device because of the lack of perfomance they occur?
