I have M21 and i usually plug it overnight for charging and it stays plugged for atleast 6-7hrs. But it only need nearly 3 hrs to charge from 0-100%.So my question is, is there any problem in doing so? Is it any harm to battery. Is there any autocut off feature in this model

It will not harm your device battery. But you shouldn't do it.

Nothing has mentioned by Samsung. So its better you don't charge it overnight.

Smartphones has became "smart" over these years, and it knows when to stop charging, so no worries, you can keep on charging overnight.

It is always better to charge upto 80% for better life of the battery. it only takes 0.21% life cycle.
