About Auto restart Issue

• Hi! I am a Samsung Galaxy M31 user.
• I regularly update my Operating System & apps.
• I received System Update from Samsung & by following to user guide, I installed System Update.
• After system update I noticed that my device freezes a lot & after that it restarts automatically many times a day.

please guide me what should I do??

It is a problem with the motherboard, due to faulty updates by Samsung.
