Galaxy MIf you have the Pink Line Defect on your Galaxy M52 and Samsung denied you Free-of-Cost (FOC) service because your phone is "Out of Warranty," they are wrong, and we must fight this.
Why You Should NOT Pay for This Repair
- It is a Systemic Manufacturing Fault: The pink line appears suddenly, often after a software update, and with no physical damage to the screen. This is definitive evidence of a defect in materials and workmanship that existed at the time of manufacture.
- Warranty Does Not Cover Defective Parts: In Consumer Court, a warranty is only a time limit. If a part is fundamentally defective and fails due to its inherent design flaw (which is the case here), the manufacturer remains liable, even if the one-year period has expired. This is known as implied warranty and latent defect liability.
- Proof of Unfair Trade Practice (UTP): We have documented evidence (Docket 8170786) of Samsung's support team engaging in contradictory communications, which is itself a punishable offense in Consumer Court.
What to Do If They Deny You FOC
- Do NOT Pay the ₹8,500. Paying acknowledges the repair is your fault.
- Insist on FOC and get the denial in writing.
- Join the Joint Petition: We are building a strong, documented case to force a collective FOC resolution for all M52 victims, regardless of their warranty date.
DM me your details to include your case in the legal filing. Irshadmuhammeddxb@gmail.com
