AR emoji function is not available

Can you help me ,

  In camera, AR emoji function is not appearing on my Samsung Galaxy M20.

But On A30 it is available.

I also try to take backup of ar emoji and download in my phone but it is not installing.

then once factory reset clear cache maybe the update caught a glitch try reinstalling

maybe the features are phone dependent
it's like features as vowifi I checked on Airtel supports note 9 but not note 8 even though both are flagships

it's because galaxy m20 device doesn't support AR core hence forget AR emoji....aur uo leke bhi kya hoga...baby child uo sab leke khelte hain hume nehi khelna chahiye is umar me🤣🤣🤣
