A30s not updating to android 10

I brought a30s Samsung mobile from India. Now I can not update my phone.  Here is the software information. How to fix this?

chek software update in settings- software update - download and install.

I did. But not working. I am from Bangladesh and I I brought the phone from India.

Install Smart Switch on PC and then connect phone via data cable.
Check if this detects any update for your phone.

For me it didn't work and my phone sometimes dosn't wanna charge and sometimes fash chraging works sometimes no my phone is from india and i live in macedonia pls help i want to update it to android 10

Try following

Remove SIM and put phone in airplane mode.
Then try to update via smartswitch app on pc while connecting phone using data cable.

If this doesn't work then not sure what else can be done.
May be you can contact Samsung service center.
