I noticed several bugs in Galaxy M21 after One UI 3.1 update. Some of them are very annoying.
1) Charging occurs normally then suddenly slows down without any reason. If I switch off and then switch on charging again, it solves the problem but that is simply inconvenient and disgusting.
2) 99% of the time, I cannot control music from both lock screen as well as always on display when some music is playing on the phone in YouTube music. It simply shows "no music playing". This is also very annoying.
3) Most of the time, after missing calls, the notification does not show on always on display or lock screen. I mean it's not like notifications are blocked ( you cannot block actually) and still it does not show.
I hope Samsung fixes these issues in future OTA updates.
