That is a safety protocol, device uses it decrease power consumption and shift low energy network band to maintain link and reducing overheating at the same time. Cool, shady places is ideal for smartphone. Here are some effective solutions to cool down your device and prevent overheating:

Check for Background Apps: Close unused applications running in the background to free up resources and reduce heat.
Optimize Display Settings: Adjust screen brightness and screen timeout to conserve energy and reduce heat. Remove Unused Widgets: Consider removing unnecessary widgets to reduce workload on the processor. Disable Unused Features: Turn off GPS, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi when not in use to minimize heat production. Monitor Resource-Intensive Apps: Identify demanding apps and explore alternatives or restrict their usage. Clear Cache and Data: Regularly clear unnecessary cache and data to improve performance.
Give Your Device a Break: Allow periodic rest periods for temperature regulation.
Avoid Charging During Heavy Usage: Charging during power-intensive tasks may generate additional heat.

Bro it's a simple thing that any phone any phone including 1 lakh rupees iphone will heat upto 45* while playing games etc. And 40* in normal usage.

35* Means we just need to keep the phone on table because if i use normally the phone will heat approx 40*+

Devices can heat upto 100C for short period while operating at 60C normally (Talking about CPU CORE TEMP). Environmental temperature of the surrounding should be from 0 upto 35 to get most performance.
