As of now it is released in Russia only. It will rollout for other countries in staged manner

do you have idea widevine L1 means for M51? carrier aggregation support this device?

widevine L1 certified devices can stream videos in HD on OTT's like Prime video,Netflix etc other device can stream on SD quality i.e 480p
M51 do not support Carrier aggregation
CA supported devices gets 2 times more network speed as it combines multiple bandwidths in to one band
