yes but you have to contact with wifi calling provider network at your area....jio or airtel....may jio can provide

in India only jio and Airtel has WiFi calling feature.

Hv updated the software and spoke w customer care too who suggested I do just that. Post that got a call fm CC that it is in the process - a patch is being tested and will receive in a future software update - wl be taken as priority.
