i noticed samsung has been giving a Inconsistent software update for same devices in same country..why? Idk.. plz tell me if someone know about that. i think samsung providing first to people who are giving a good feedback to them.. or maybe not.. but inconsistent of software update is doing by Samsung. cause where many saying i got oreo then other hand many says i didn't get.
