We would like to inform you that the pop you are getting on the device screen is due to the feature "Keep screen turned off" is enabled and proximity sensor is blocked. The feature Keep screen turned off prevent screen from accidental touch when device is kept in dark place as a pocket or bag. Kindly check if you are using unauthorized screen protector covering the proximity sensor else disable the "Keep screen turned off" from settings>>Display>>Keep screen turned off>>Disable.
