There is a long time that Samsung does not give any security patch update especially in J7 prime which i think most important to fix various bugs errors and security holes. Mention this in your concern.
We don't want any Os update just security regular update.
you are right guys, Samsung leave support when the Device gets older even one year old . That mean we get every month new Samsung phones for latest updates😅
