i had brought the galaxy j3 pro a year back...i got a lollipop version of android...but the new j3 models which are releasing are coming out with updated version of android...so why my phone is not getting any update??...please i request for a update to j3 soon..please🙏

i understand that it depends on compatibility and availability...but the new models with same specifications are getting the updates...when they are compatiable when why arent ours?
