suddenly switch off, says reset phone.unable to verify your device. if i press power button it ask to restart. den it restarts. but why it happening? please suggest me. i hoping u answer me quickly.

need to goto ssc again today.. they mentioned would keep it in observation..worst experience since last 6 yrs of being in samsung family....

update: they replaced the buttons(power & volume) working ok as of now
