I have about 5 GB of data stored in the phone storage and it shows just 200 mb of space is left in the phone. As you can see the pic attached. Please let me know how it is poosible and what is the solution for this.

Device info: I have 16 GB internal storage J7 prime. I have also inserted the 32 GB SD Card.

try to clear data of unnecessary apps.....! from application settings.. clear data of apps manually one by one....!

already tried not much improvement
only gets 20 to 30 MB of free space

u can use hide apps . u can open hider apps and check ur data

no effect on storage after hiding the apps

system apps like Facebook, messenger, Google services use more storage and if u r using tiktok or insta then the cached data doesn't get deleted from phone....

i m currently using Google nd messenger only
i had deleted Instagram and Facebook earlier nd never installed tik tok.

so it is still poosible that cache is there on my device and if yes then how to remove it

now u have a simple option... backup your data and hard reset your device..! just make sure you remember the Google account details on the device..! u can restore the important data later..
