Looks like it's a problem with Indian firmware. I'm running January patch in Bangladesh (J730f) and it does not have those issues.
Are you running December or January patch?

in india we have dec patch J730G.

i read in xda forum that you can flash J730f firmware on J730G and vice versa. Someone flashed J730G firmware on his J730f to get airtel voLTE support. You can try i guess. You won't lose warranty.
