check ur speaker in hardware test of samsung members. or press *#0*# in dailpad and then check speaker's condition.

Thank you for reaching out to the Samsung community! We would like to inform you that kindly follow the below mentioned steps to resolve your concern:
- Go to Settings > Accessibility > Hearing > Mute all sounds > Enable it and then Disenable it.
- Go to Samsung Member > Diagnostics > Test Hardware > Speaker > Check the speaker status.
- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset app preferences.
- Please run your device in safe mode.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and remove the Google account from your device.
- If still issue persists, kindly visit nearby Samsung service center in order to get your device physically inspected by the service engineer. Please find service center details in the link provided -http://www.samsung.com/in/support/servicelocation
