In my phone some apps download itself ,I have not any idea from where say about that answer.

It will happen after each Software update. but with your permission as notification - "Complete your Software update" , I guess You didn't notice it.

Yes sometimes it happens!!
it is because when you login for the first time in store, or after an update it recommends some apps....when u click next and finish .... the apps starts downloading

Just do one thing.....when u see them downloading just click on it and cancel them.....u may face some problem but after sometime it will stop!!

check these settings in galaxy store

1) first open galaxy store>settings >disable marketing choice/Get News and Special Offers

2) set "never" to auto update app

3) go to customisation service >disable galaxy store from there

and whenever you update galaxy store or reset your device, and after that if you open Galaxy store you will get the option as i attached image, so untick all in recommendation and untick for marketing choice
