Dear Samsung,

 I am very unhappy with your job 1 year no any software update why my operating system is not working my smartphone is Samsung Galaxy j7 Prime and when we contact Samsung calling center no any helpline give me software update Android 10 or any new versions give me any advice.

yeah you're right and also my opinion says that it got major 3 Android updates so don't expect next one because Flagship phones will shout at Samsung and they'll shut down their company and then we'll have to eat biscuits then 🤣
