bro go to settings-->backup and reset-->reset network settings-->sim 1.also same procedure for sim 2.try it.

mera bhi sm-j700f hai.but mera koi problem nai.smooth chal raha hai.also check your power savings mode and disable restrict background data.try it.it may be a cause for this kind of problem
