secure folder not open

Resently my secure folder some time it is not opne how can I solve this problem?

Samsung finance blocked it .....only will opened when all emi completed

Did you recently purchased your mobile with Samsung Finance + ?
If yes then Samsung updated the policy to block the secure folder option till all the EMI gets completed .

Hence you can't able to configure it now .
After your loan/ EMI closure you can uninstall the Samsung finance + app and restart your devicr then you can able to use secure folder app normally .
