samsung j7 max pie update

I have chatted with samsung customer service whatsapp number. They are telling may be next month we will get the Next android update for j7 max.

That is right I once wrote to sumsung support if I would get android 11 or not in my A6 ,they said yes and I am also hoping that I would get android 11.I feel so proud about that.

they are preparing to give android 12 to j7 max. worst Samsung service. they even unable to stand on their words.
