Update dedo android 10 ka or haa samsung ke mid range phn sabse ghatiya phone hai ye bahot hang or slow or bahot jada heat hote hai shure ke 2 ,3 months badiya chlya hai bs or ek to ye update nhi dere itna time ho gya

We would like to inform you that the latest  software version of your device is releasing in month of july 2020, so I request you kindly do wait for some more time.

 

Any update regarding this will be notified in the Samsung Members app under the notice section.

Kindly check for update notification by following below-mentioned steps:
1) Menu > Settings > Software Update > Download and install.

 

To resolve "device hanging issue "kindly follow the given below steps :

1) Remove third party application: Settings > Apps > Select the third-party application from Apps Eg. DU Recorder > Uninstall.
2)Reset the device and before resetting the device make sure to create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
Settings> General Management> Reset.

And to resolve "phone working slow" issue kindly follow the given below method:

1) Check app cache: Settings>Device care>Storage>Clean now.
For a particular application: Settings>Apps>Pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage>Clear Cache.

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report).

Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
