factory reset the device after taking the device backup to create the new password of s secure

unfortunatly samsumg does not have option to sort out this issue althiugh its a very good app among the others. even if you unlock it through samsung account it wont be fixed out. i recommand you to contact samsung technical support team to release an update regarding it.

It cannot be recovered. Resetting will erase all your S Secure data.
