restarting of mobile

Sir, i am using J7Pro , when ever i get whatsapp post i.e image post, suddenly phone is restarting.  Pls support of  the Issue snd do the needful to me.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling WhatsApl.

Clear cache memory of a particular application : Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage >Clear Cache.
