recovering bluetooth not opening problem

Please tell me how to solve bluetooth not opening problem I did all settings but not working please tell me how what to do how to solve

Go to settings>apps>click 3 dots at to top right corner>select show system apps>scroll down to Bluetooth>select it>click on storage>clear cache/data

also perform reset network settings

settings>general management>select reset>click on reset network settings

restart your device and check
