query in j7 6 gallery after update

where goes all the photos where available on device after update of system I lost my images after updating system I want back it there are some folders are missing due to system change plz help me for it

Before upgrade u should backup important items.. otherwise its surely missing not recoverable.

use disk digger app
it is available in playstore to restore deleted images

Thank you for sharing your concern. We would like to inform you that if you sync your data (video, images, and audio) earlier with Samsung account then you may retrieve your data through Samsung us and if you sync your contact with your Gmail or Samsung account then you may retrieve your data as well. And if data has been lost accidently and you have not taken any backup then there is no way to retrieve your data.
