How to stop pop up adds on my j7 pro. I have already uninstall recently installed app. Stop opt add personalization in my Google account. But still same problem
Go to safe mode by holding the power button until options show up. Then hold the Power Off button until it says Safe Mode. Then try to find out what app is not appearing in the normal mode. Try to delete that app.
I read it on a story online that there are apps that are malware and will secretly disappear from you home screen and applications. It will put ads randomly even if it's hidden and closed. To delete this, do the steps I just said.
