If you want to record call whose number than firstly dial that number afterthat click on the 3dot(top on the calling/dialing screen right side) and there you will get an option record click on this option than your voice call will record you don't need to go any other setting option.
and if you want to record all call than go to dialer and click on the 3dot(top on the right side) then select setting option and there you will get recording calls option click on this option and configure how you want to record your calls.

I know that procedure....but I just want to say that what he is asking is actually right and easy procedure.. switch on or off call recording option from dialer pad is more easier than each and every time go to call settings then apply or disable that
