It provide wrost service to customers. 
We are j7 max user paying 17000k for nothing ,
Cheap process and not getting a single update
Waiting and waiting how much we are waiting 
Now date will again change and last they said no oreo update .

Wrost experience  this is the first and last time 
For using samsung product .
Cheaper service...

it's your own decision to buy Samsung.
one thing I'm using Samsung J7 16 and it has 2 GB RAM it's not lagging bcs I know how to optimise my phone. Every android phone lags because android is not phone OS it's Camera OS. Clean the junk and it'll ok and Oreo U'll get it Tomorrow.

However, updates are released through FOTA in waves only, so. We will notify you of the updates (if not received) in this regard via FOTA. Menu> Settings> software update>download update manually also enable "auto update" option.
