Try using ADB .. I don't know whether it's legal or not.. but ADB can help you.

A remote unlock option is there. But be sure, that you have activated it.
(Settings> Biometrics and security >
>find my mobile-ON,

Also you need to be signed in to your Samsung account.)

and try to reset your password.
