Iam not able to connect wifi hotspot and bluetooth from day of purchase. Kindly guide solution

Open Sam members app Goto-Get Help>Interactive Checks and then check Wifi & Bluetooth from there if getting error vist service center. Or do a factory reset.

J series! That sounds terrible. But to connect you must have other device in range and the visibility turned on. Try these two.
