network problem in j6 18

I have 2 samsung phones one of them is j6 18 and other one is on8 16 at same place both have same simcard but on8 gives me signel there but j6 18 not....please samsung fix this by software update if possible.

If you use plastic or carbon cover in j6 then remove it. It will work fine otherwise its a software as well as hardware related problem
