network issue of Galaxy J7(2016)

i have update my cell 3 days ago. I'm facing a serious issue. I'm using Jio sim & it has LTE network but after last update it showing only 4G network. i can't call anyone because of this issue. please solve this as soon as possible.

call through jio 4g voice app...using network data on ....otherwise wait for next update..within 10 days

Samsung phone and Factory reset are co- related. tell Samsung from next time onward if they launch any device tag the name "Factory Reset" such as "Galaxy Note 9 Factory Reset"
