i have update my cell 3 days ago. I'm facing a serious issue. I'm using Jio sim & it has LTE network but after last update it showing only 4G network. i can't call anyone because of this issue. please solve this as soon as possible.7e11c7b1-51d4-4d1e-98c4-1a06051e85db.jpg

Samsung phone and Factory reset are co- related. tell Samsung from next time onward if they launch any device tag the name "Factory Reset" such as "Galaxy Note 9 Factory Reset"
