Networkdiagnostic is system app. First go to settings then apps and then tap 3 dots on top to select show system apps. scroll down to Networkdiagnostic and tap it and then select storage and clear data. If this doesnt work then restart phone. If this also doesnt work then factory reset phone. If this also doesnt work go to service centre. If even this doesnt work then buy eithet mi phone or iphone!!
