How can I get recovered files in the secure folder?

If you deleted from Galaxy Gallery and Recycle Bin is activated you can recover them from Recycle Bin.

But if you don't activate the Recycle Bin option or deleted from file manager you have to use 3rd party recover app. But not sure is it working.

If you are trying to recover then don't put or delete more files into the secure folder. Otherwise, files are overriding and cannot be recoverable.
