Hello samsung team after updating current approxmate 1.2gb update my j7pro screen stop respounding 

Too bad service by samsung software team user facing this problems since last month and still you guys sending ota of same file which have screen not working problem


Is its a service center visiting trick to charge customer for a new screen


Is there any solution to revert the update?

It only happens if you replaced your screen with a non-original Chinese screen. They disabled all Chinese screen support with Oreo update. The only solution is to go back to Nougat or get an original screen from Samsung care.
