Many app showing "you're offline" / "no connection"  for 1 or 2 minutes then fixed automatically & many times a day. especially on Google apps..like YouTube , play store, photos, while I'm connected on High speed internet (broadband WiFi) .. sometimes same problem on other app's too. It's happening after last one or two updates. Is anyone facing same problem on J7PRO?
      I have j7prime too but not facing such problems in j7prime.
Maybe Samsung already concern about this problem & there fixing it, that's why Oreo update takes more times.

I use mostly broadband WiFi & rarely Hotspot (Airtel) from other phone.. same problem on both way. so surely last software update broke something.

It is working fine for me. Reset network settings. The problem will be solved.

my j7 pro internet speed is very slowly.same problm i am facing.

This may sound stupid, but can you try switching off your Bluetooth and try?? Sometimes the frequency range makes an issue as both Bluetooth and WiFi works on 2.4Ghz.
Try to reset the network settings:
General Management>Reset>Network Reset
And if the problem is still there, I would recommend you to do a Clear cache in recovery mode. Helps to overcome most of the issues.
