After December security patch update...j7max phone.....
1.Hanging display content but music is playing
2.some application are crashed....
3.battery draining problem....


Please suggest to some ideas frds....

To resolve the issue please follow the troubleshooting steps provided in the given links:
>For Battery Drainage:

>Check the internal storage of the device and clean it (Setting> Device Care>Storage> clean now)

>Force stop the Google App (Setting> Apps> select the particular app>Force stop).

>Perform ‘Reset app preference’(Scroll down notification panel> Setting> Apps> Tap on 3 dots (Upper right corner)> Reset app )

>Perform reset setting (Setting> General Management> Reset>Reset setting).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
