j7 pro Get hanged

i like to sheare the experience about the j7 2016 model and j7 pro 2018 models, when i used the j7 still working fine with out lagging, but my J7 pro used to get slow and hanged, what is press it takes like 3 to 5 second to response, is same all J7 pro either my phone is defective.

I have been using j7pro since November and no problem, working just fine, just waiting 4 oreo update on the device, any news on that guys????
