I noticed that you have used Jio sim on your second SIM slot. Since 4G is allowed in first SIM slot so that's why you r getting the error. Swap the SIM and the error will go away.

1) Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset app preferences.
2) Please run your device in safe mode.
