j7 prime nouget update in nepal

few days back i got a notification saying update has arrive for my phone. when i clicked it it said server or netwotk error. i beleive india has got the update. anyone in nepal got the update or anyone know about the situation?

Nepal is available there admin. There are various samsung showrooms and a lot of samsung phones are sold here but our country is not even listed
