I always get this error.. and my j7 prime screen goes off. What could be wrong. Memory and ram are fine plus its updated with the latest updates. Everything is updated.

Take a backup and do a factory reset. If this fails take your handset to the nearest authorised service centre and get the os reinstalled

I have faced issue with many application but just do not do anything restart your phone.I think it will work.
