Dear sir, I wish you are doing well, here I like to enlight an issue regarding my phone with model no. J7pro (black). Sir I purchased it on 24th August 2017 from Amazon in after using it for months somehow a physical damage to the display occurred for which I got the display replaced by the SERVICE CENTRE here in kanpur on 12th February 2018 and I received it from them on 14th February after getting it from there I experienced an issue when the ALWAYS on display feature was on in the dark room the background should be deep black but it was bright which should not be there in the smoked display after that I contacted customer care they stated that the display which has been replaced is original so I visited SERVICE CENTRE there they said that the display is original and overlooked the issue, I again contacted on various platforms as on customer care , via email,via chat, via forum and even I send log error report too. From all it was suggested to revisit and take a quality check , this time I visited another authorized SERVICE CENTRE there they did not done quality check but they compared a same model set golden colour in a dark room and accepted that there is difference and sated to do software of my mobile after sometime the software was done again it was checked with one more same model which was black and whose display was also changed both the phone had same problem but afterwards on comparison with golden one , the gold one was alright in the dark room after wards on again testing 3 phones all three phones were having different backlight intensity and were not approximate they were distinctly different in lighting of the background when the ALWAYS on display was checked in dark.now the SERVICE CENTRE manager also doubted and accepted that there is some problem in the lot received from the warehouse and they will email in this regard. I also compared my device with a brand new j7 PRO model the new phone has a dark black and deep black background but mine device and other three were showing backlight which is draining battery and is not up to user satisfaction. Sir here I want to tell you that the communication medium of SAMSUNG is very poor and I am experiencing very much problem in this regard. Such an international brand should be very prompt in this regard but no seriousness in present in the customer zone officers. Please look into the matter and solve my issue so that I could get back the same experience as it was earlier I.e. before REPLACEMENT.service CENTRE manager will also nai you in this regard. Please check the quality of the displays sent by the warehouse to the SERVICE CENTRE. If possible order the part from some another warehouse and change my display in which the backlight do not present.

screen changed but same issue is present if backlit in phone while in dark place with aod on. please solve as it was not present before and even not in new devices

and in preview mode it is like that..and it should be like this only as it was same as before.also amoled screen donot emit backlit
