yes only for the 2017 and upcoming j series only it will come at Dec last week of this year

no not all if the devices are in the marshmallow and it is updated to nougat generally these devices only gets one updated no updates in j series 2016 or lower because j 2016 were launched with lollipop and some are released with marshmallow . marshmallow gets updated to nougat but it cannot avail the update on oreo at all
